Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Adintel (“Adintel”, “we”, “us”), operated by VirrgoTech, provides a Google Ads intelligence and optimisation tool for advertising professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at shahzada@virrgotech.com.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in, we store the email address associated with your account so we can authenticate you and control access to the application.
Access requests. If you ask for access using the form on our homepage, we collect the email address you submit, the number of accounts you tell us you manage, and anything you write in the optional message. We use it only to decide whether Adintel is a fit for you and to reply to you. It reaches us by email through Resend and is not used for any other purpose. Ask us at the address above and we will delete it.
Google Ads data. When you connect a Google Ads account, we access it through Google’s official API using the permissions you grant during Google’s consent flow. We retrieve advertising data such as campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, and asset performance, together with budget and bidding settings, in order to provide the reporting, analysis, and optimisation features of the product. Where you explicitly approve an action, we may also make changes back to your Google Ads account (for example, adding negative keywords), and we record every such change.
Authentication tokens. To maintain your connection to Google Ads without asking you to reconnect repeatedly, we store the OAuth tokens Google issues. These are encrypted at rest.
How we use Google user data
We use the Google Ads data we access solely to operate the features you have asked for: displaying your account performance, detecting anomalies, triaging search terms, suggesting and applying optimisations, and generating account audits and reports for you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for any purpose unrelated to providing the service to you.
Adintel’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our behalf and only to run the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of stored data.
- Railway and Vercel — application hosting for our backend and frontend.
- Anthropic — some analysis features (such as search term classification and audit reasoning) send relevant account data to Anthropic’s API to generate explanations and recommendations. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf to return a result and does not use it to train its models.
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails such as sign-in links, and delivery of access requests submitted through our homepage.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.
Data retention
We retain your account data and connected Google Ads data for as long as your account is active and connected, so that the product can show trends over time. When you disconnect a Google Ads account or ask us to delete your data, we remove the stored Google Ads data and the associated authentication tokens for that account.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect a Google Ads account at any time, which revokes our ongoing access to it. You may also revoke Adintel’s access directly from your Google Account’s security settings. To request access to, or deletion of, the data we hold about you, email shahzada@virrgotech.com and we will action the request.
Security
We protect your data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption of authentication tokens at rest and access controls that limit who can reach the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to correct issues promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
