Terms of Service

Adintel is a tool that connects to your Google Ads accounts to provide reporting, analysis, anomaly detection, search term triage, optimisation suggestions, and account audits. Some actions can write changes back to your Google Ads account, and only when you approve them.

Access to the Service is by invitation and requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in and for activity that occurs under your account. You must have the right to connect any Google Ads account you link to the Service.

You may ask for access using the form on our homepage. Submitting that form does not create an account or entitle you to one, and we may decline or defer any request. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorise us to access it through Google’s API to provide the Service. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account or revoke access at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt or compromise it, no use that violates applicable law or Google’s own terms and policies, and no access to accounts you are not authorised to manage.

The Service can suggest and, with your approval, apply changes to your Google Ads accounts. You remain responsible for the accounts you manage and for reviewing changes before and after they are applied. We provide recommendations in good faith but do not guarantee particular advertising outcomes.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
