The few things across every account that need you this morning.
Each morning Adintel judges every campaign against its own normal and brings you at most five things across all your accounts. Anything that makes an account’s figures untrustworthy, or that Google changed on its own, comes first; then the money at stake, in each account’s own currency.

Each item says why it matters, and what is at stake.
An item is one thing the rules found in one account: what happened, why it matters and the money at stake, in the account’s own currency.

Rules find and rank. A model words. You act.
Rules do. Each morning they look through every account for candidates and put them in order: first anything that means an account’s figures cannot be trusted, or that Google changed without anyone approving, such as a tracking break or a risky auto-applied change; then money, largest first.
A departure starts at 1.5 standard deviations from the campaign’s own normal. Value, ROAS and cost per conversion are judged on a week, and conversions only on days old enough to be complete.
A language model then picks at most five and words them. It cannot add an item the rules did not find, and the money at stake is the rules’ own figure.
What you can do from it
- Open each item where it is worked: the anomaly, triage, Conversions, the Timeline, the campaign on the Overview, or Actions.
- Raise the budget of a campaign it holds back, switch AI Max, or pause auto-apply from the item itself, through the confirm that checks the change with Google first.
- Add a note for a sale, an outage or a feed change. It shows on the Timeline and on the trend chart.
- Ask Adintel about an item, with the item attached.
- Get it by email each morning, one email per briefing, off with one click.
What it will not do
- It never brings more than five things. On a quiet morning it brings none, and says so.
- The language model never decides what is in it. It cannot add an item or change the money at stake.
- A rise in clicks, impressions or CTR never makes it in.
- It changes nothing in an account. An action from an item reaches Google Ads only on your click.
Questions about the briefing
What can become an item?
A departure from a campaign’s or the account’s own normal, budget pacing that is off, search terms waiting in triage that cost money, AI Max traffic that is not paying, a conversion action that stopped recording while its campaigns spend, a recommendation Google applied on its own, a campaign held back by its budget, and strong suggestions waiting in Actions.
What does the money at stake measure?
Money in the account’s own currency, mostly a week’s worth: the spend a backlog of negatives wastes, the spend lost to budget, a week of spend on campaigns a tracking break leaves bidding blind. A move in your favour counts at half, because a move against you matters more.
Why doesn’t the same item come back every day?
An item already in your briefing is held back before it can return: a search term backlog, an AI Max item or the same tracking break for 7 days, a campaign held back by its budget for 28. Each auto-applied change and each suggestion is briefed once.
When does the email arrive?
Right after your briefing is composed, a little after 08:00 UTC, one email per briefing. On a quiet morning it is one line naming the accounts it covered, so silence never reads as a fault.
