Accounts
Every account you monitor on one page, what its light and its pacing bar mean, and the month line.
Reviewed 22 October 2026
What is on the Accounts page?
A card for every account you monitor: its spend for the window, with the change against the period before, then clicks, conversions, conversion value, CTR, CPC and ROAS. Under the figures sit the pacing bar and, where you set a monthly budget, the month line. The window is chosen at the top right (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, This week or a custom range), and every account you open from here opens on the same window.
Cards sort by status, which puts the ones that need you first, or by spend. Accounts Google no longer serves are folded away at the foot, marked connected, not serving.
What does the light on each card mean?
A quick read, by fixed thresholds, on the window you chose. Budget-led campaigns here are the ones that do not bid to a target CPA or ROAS, so their daily budget is what limits their spend.
- Attention: spend fell below half of the period before, or the account is spending more than 30% above its daily budgets' pace.
- Drifting: spend is more than 10% above pace, or the budget-led campaigns are spending under 70% of their budgets' pace.
- Healthy: neither.
- No spend: nothing was spent in the window.
- Inactive: connected, but Google does not serve the account.
Departures from each campaign's own normal are judged separately, on Anomalies.
What does the bar under each card show?
Budget pacing. The figures set all the spend so far against what all the daily budgets would have spent over the window's fully synced days, and the percentage is the spend as a share of that. The bar is green on pace, amber past 110% or when the budget-led campaigns are under 70%, and red past 130%. Its fill stops at the line marking 100%, even when spend is over pace.
Under-pace is judged only on the budget-led campaigns, so an amber bar can read 85% overall; the note under it then gives their own pace, such as Budget-led campaigns at 62%. When a campaign bidding to a target CPA or ROAS spends under its budget, that is its target working, and the bar says Under budget on target bids, not a pacing issue. You may also see No daily budget, Partial: excludes lifetime budget or No synced day to pace yet.
What is the line under the bar?
Where business context holds a monthly budget: what the account has spent this month, and where the month ends at the last 7 days' rate, as a share of that budget. It turns amber when the month will end more than 15% away from the budget and most of the spend is on budget-led campaigns. Where at least half the month's spend is on campaigns bidding to targets, the line is never amber; where it would have been, it says The campaigns bid to targets, so the targets, not the budgets, set this pace. Targets and profit has more.
