The search term review that keeps slipping, done as a first pass each morning.
Adintel checks the terms that drew clicks, spend or a conversion against what the account sells, from its products and keywords to its ad headlines and landing pages, and sorts each into a negative, an opportunity or a judgment call, with its reasoning kept. You decide, and your decisions stick.

Each card says what it found, and why.
A card is one search term: the model’s answer and its reasoning, kept with the card, the term’s own figures, and your choices for what to do with it.

Rules first, then a model, then you.
Rules run first. A term naming a competitor from your business context is a judgment call, whether or not it converts. A term with a conversion in the last 60 days becomes an opportunity where it can be added.
For the rest, a language model reads the term and its figures, what the account sells and your earlier decisions with their reasons, and proposes how to sort it, with a confidence and its reasoning, which are kept.
Rules then check its answer. A negative below 55% confidence becomes a judgment call, an opportunity needs a whole conversion, and a negative the model calls not sold goes to judgment when the account’s products, categories or keywords hold the term’s product words.
The full rules
What you can do from it
- Add a negative at account, campaign or ad group level, or to a negative keyword list, exact match unless you pick another.
- Add a converting term as a keyword in a Search ad group, or as a Performance Max search theme.
- Decide once for a competitor’s terms, or for one term written several ways.
- Exclude a word several terms share, offered only when it would block nothing the account sells or converts on.
- Approve a whole group at once, when your record on cards like it has earned it.
- Take a change back out with Remove. Anything in the account before Adintel stays as it was.
What it will not do
- It never excludes a competitor’s term on its own.
- It does not ask again about a term you decided, unless new evidence reopens it.
- Bulk approval stays closed until 50 of your decisions on cards like it agree with what it proposed 95% of the time.
- It does not send every term to the model at once. Each morning up to 300 per account go, the most active first, and the rest wait for the next morning.
- A negative or a keyword from triage is sent on your click and logged, without asking Google to check it first as the campaign controls do.
Questions about triage
Which terms are checked?
Terms not yet added or excluded that, over the last 60 days, drew at least two clicks, spent at least three times the account’s average CPC, or recorded a conversion.
Why do my decisions stick?
A term you decided is not asked about again unless new evidence reopens it. Your recent decisions and their reasons go to the model each time it sorts, and a variant of a decided term, such as a plural or another spelling, is given the same decision.
What reopens a decision?
A term you marked No action that starts converting comes back as an opportunity. One that keeps spending with no conversion comes back as a proposed negative once, since your decision, it has spent twice the account’s average cost per conversion or drawn three times its clicks per conversion.
What is the confidence worth?
It is the model’s claim, and a claim is not proof. So each waiting negative and opportunity also shows how often you have agreed with ones like it on this account.
