Report

A monthly report your client can check, drafted for you on the 1st.

Adintel composes last month’s report by rule from the account’s own figures: what it spent and brought, what you changed and whether it worked, and what Google did on its own. It carries your name and logo, never Adintel’s, and never estimates a saving.

What you see

A report your client can read and check.

Last month’s report is drafted on the 1st, by rule, from the account’s own figures: what it spent and brought, what changed and whether it worked.

How it decides

Composed by rule, summarised, then checked.

Every line comes from a fixed rule over Adintel’s copy of the account, in its currency and time zone, and each section links to the page its figures come from.

A language model writes a short summary from the sections you keep, and nothing else. Every number in it is checked against those sections; a summary that fails the check is dropped, and the report stands without it.

“We” is you: whoever changed the account from Adintel, or in Google Ads as one of the account’s Adintel users. Anyone else shows as another user.

What you can do from it

  • Edit the summary, hide whole sections, and make the report final.
  • Put your business name and logo on it, set once for all your accounts.
  • Print it, or share a final report by a link that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days and can be turned off.
  • See how many times each link was opened, and when first and last.
  • Compose a report for any period up to a year.

What it will not do

  • It never names Adintel, and neither does the page a shared link opens.
  • A line or a figure cannot be edited; sections are hidden whole.
  • A draft is never shared; only a final report can be.
  • The break-even you set is never in it, and no saving is ever estimated.
  • Adintel sends it to no one. You read it, make it final and send it.
Questions

Questions about the client report

When is it composed?

On the 1st of each month in the account’s time zone, the morning’s analysis composes last month’s report as a draft, so it is waiting when you open the page.

What is left out of what we changed?

A change made and undone from Adintel within the period, one that sent nothing because the account was already that way, and a setting put back where it started the same day when every change to it was yours.

Has my client opened it?

Each link shows how many times it was opened, with the first and the last time. Adintel keeps only that count and those two times, never who opened it.

Does my client see Adintel’s name?

No. The report, and the page a shared link opens, name Adintel nowhere. The link’s address is on adintel.io, and the browser tab shows Adintel’s icon.
