Work together

Ask why something was flagged, and get an answer you can check.

Ask Adintel is a chat on every page of the app. It answers from the help articles and the accounts you can open in Adintel, numbers each source so you can open it, and only reads. Ask about this sends it a briefing item, a search term’s card, an anomaly or an audit finding with your question.

Kin & NestTriage
Ask Adintel open beside Kin & Nest’s Triage: a question about a search term’s card and its answer, with numbered sources.
What you see

An answer, and where it came from.

The numbers in an answer point to the sources listed under it. A help article opens at the section used; an item of yours opens the page it is on.

Ask about this chosen on a search term’s card, and the chat opened with the card attached.
Ask about thisAsk about this opens the chat with the item attached and a question ready to send.
An empty chat with questions about the Triage page, one asked and answered.
About this pageAn empty chat offers questions about the page you are on, and choosing one asks it at once.
How it decides

Read first, then written, with its sources.

It reads two places only: these help articles, and the accounts you can open in Adintel, including the ones a team gave you. From an account it reads what Adintel’s screens show: how a search term was sorted and why, an anomaly and its explanation, the Timeline with whether each change worked, the latest audit and your briefing.

A language model writes each answer from what it read and numbers its sources. When the articles do not cover a question, the answer says the help doesn’t say, and offers an email to support with your question.

It changes nothing in Adintel or in Google Ads. Ask it to make a change and it tells you where in Adintel to make it.

What you can do from it

  • Ask in your own words how a page works, why a search term was sorted the way it was, what an anomaly means, or why an item is in your briefing.
  • Ask about a briefing item, a triage card or group, an anomaly or an audit finding, with it attached.
  • Open each source: an article at its section, an item on its page.
  • Mark an answer Helpful or Not right.

What it will not do

  • It changes nothing in Adintel or in Google Ads.
  • A question about a charge, a refund, an invoice or a price the help does not state goes to a person, with the support address.
  • It reads no account you cannot open in Adintel.
  • It answers up to 20 questions a day, one at a time.
  • It does not answer in the demo.
Questions

Questions about Ask Adintel

Where do its answers come from?

These help articles, and the accounts you can open in Adintel. Check the source before you act on an answer.

How many questions can I ask?

Up to 20 a day across all your accounts; the count starts again at midnight UTC. A question that fails on our side, or that Ask Adintel declines to answer, does not count.

When can I use it?

During your free trial, on a plan of your own, or on a team while its owner’s trial or plan is active.

What is kept, and for how long?

Your conversation, until 24 hours after its last question; then its answers and their sources are deleted. The words of your questions are kept for 90 days, without the answers, so we can see what the help leaves unclear.

Ask about your own accounts on the free trial.

A real Google Ads account, read only, with nothing to sign up for or connect. The free trial is 14 days on up to 10 of your own accounts, with no card.
