Give each teammate the accounts they work on, and pay nothing per person.
Invite as many teammates as you like, on every plan and in the free trial. Each signs in with their own email and works through your Google connection on the accounts you give them, as an editor or a viewer on each, and every change they make is logged under their name.

Who is on the team, and what each can do where.
On the Team page, each teammate with the accounts you gave them and the role on each, the invitations still open, and the form that sends the next.

A role on each account, set by you.
An editor can make every change on the account: approving search terms and suggestions, the controls, the audit’s fixes, Undo and put back, notes, business context, targets and break-even, and client reports and their links. A viewer reads everything, changes nothing, and can still ask about the account in Ask Adintel, which only reads.
Only you, as the team’s owner, connect Google, choose the accounts the team monitors, manage the plan, set the business name and logo on what you send clients, and add or remove teammates.
Your plan counts the accounts your team monitors, never the people.
The full rules
What you can do from it
- Invite a teammate by the address they sign in with, giving accounts your team monitors, a role on each.
- Change a teammate’s accounts or roles; it takes effect at once and sends no email.
- Remove a teammate: their access to your accounts ends at once, and Adintel emails them. What they did stays on record under their name.
- Turn off the shared links a removed teammate made, in the same step.
- Withdraw an invitation still open, and see whether its email went.
What it will not do
- A teammate never connects Google for your accounts, and only you manage the plan.
- It never counts people; your plan counts the accounts your team monitors.
- Joining never takes anything away from a teammate: their own plan, Google login, accounts and other teams stay as they are.
- An account another team gave you cannot be passed on.
Questions about team seats
What does my teammate do with the invitation?
Open the email’s link, or go to adintel.io/invitations, and sign in with the address it was sent to. The page shows who invited them, the accounts with the role on each, and what joining means; nothing happens until they choose Join the team or Decline.
Who can join?
Anyone, whether new to Adintel or already using it on accounts of their own. If the invitation gives an account they already reach, they keep it the way they have it, and the page says so before they join.
What happens when I take an account off my selection?
Teammates who reach it through your connection stop watching it too, because the team’s selection is yours. They keep their access, and its data stays readable.
Can someone be on more than one team?
Yes. A person can be on several teams beside their own, and one morning briefing covers whatever they watch across all of them.
