Plans, billing and cancelling

What you pay for, how to subscribe or change plan, cancelling, failed payments and refunds.

What am I billed on?

The accounts you choose to monitor, never ad spend. An account counts only while it is selected, so your bill does not move when a client's budget does, and accounts you leave unselected cost nothing. Every plan is the whole product. Plans differ only in how many accounts you can monitor.

What are the plans?

  • Starter, up to 10 accounts: $99 a month, or $990 a year.
  • Pro, up to 20 accounts: $179 a month, or $1,790 a year.
  • Agency, up to 30 accounts: $249 a month, or $2,490 a year.
  • Custom, more than 30 accounts: a plan set to your account count. Email support@adintel.io.

A year costs the same as ten months. Prices are in US dollars, and where tax applies it is added at checkout.

How do I subscribe?

Open Billing at the foot of the side rail, pick Monthly or Annual, and choose a plan. You pay on the same page, through Stripe, and Adintel confirms your plan as soon as checkout completes. If you subscribe during your free trial, the rest of the trial carries over (the free trial).

How do I change plan?

Choose the plan you want on the Billing page, then confirm it on the Stripe page that opens. A larger plan applies at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. A smaller plan, or a move from annual to monthly, applies at the end of the period you have paid for.

If a smaller plan leaves you monitoring more accounts than it covers, nothing stops. You choose which accounts to take off on the Connect page, and you cannot add one until you are within the limit. Adintel never removes an account for you.

How do I cancel?

Choose Manage billing on the Billing page. It opens Stripe, where you cancel, change your card and download invoices. A cancellation applies at the end of the period you have paid for. Adintel keeps working until then, and nothing more is charged. After that, syncing and analysis stop and your data stays readable for 30 days (when access ends).

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries it over the following days, and everything keeps running meanwhile. The bar at the top of each page says Your last payment didn't go through. Update your card in Manage billing. If the payment still cannot be collected, the plan pauses until it is paid. Syncing and analysis stop, everything already synced stays readable, and paying the open invoice in Manage billing turns them back on. As with any pause, your data is kept for 30 days (when access ends).

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable, including for part of a period, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged in error, email support@adintel.io within 30 days of the charge and we will refund any charge made in error.

What does Complimentary mean?

If the Billing page shows your plan as Complimentary, there is nothing to pay and no end date.
