Every account you run on one page, the ones that need you first.
Each account you monitor has a card: its spend for the window against the period before, its clicks, conversions, value and return, a light read by fixed thresholds, and its pace against its daily budgets. Sorted by status, the accounts that need you come first, and each opens on the window you chose.

A card per account, with its light and its pace.
Each card holds the account’s figures for the window you choose, its light, the pacing bar and, with a monthly budget set, the month’s line. The demo reaches one account, so its page holds one card.

Read by fixed thresholds, on the window you choose.
The light is a quick read. Attention: spend fell below half of the period before, or the account is spending more than 30% above its daily budgets’ pace. Drifting: more than 10% above pace, or its budget-led campaigns spending under 70% of theirs. Otherwise Healthy.
The pacing bar sets all the spend against what the daily budgets would have spent over the window’s fully synced days: green on pace, amber past 110% or with the budget-led campaigns under 70%, red past 130%. A campaign bidding to a target CPA or ROAS that spends under its budget is its target working, and the bar says so rather than calling it a pacing issue.
With a monthly budget in business context, the month’s line shows where the month ends at the last 7 days’ rate. It turns amber only when that is more than 15% away and most of the spend is on budget-led campaigns.
The full rules
What you can do from it
- Choose the window once, 7, 14 or 30 days, this week or a range of your own, and every account you open from the page opens on it.
- Sort by status, the accounts that need you first, or by spend.
- Set a monthly budget in business context, and each card shows where the month will end.
- Watch the accounts a team gave you beside your own.
What it will not do
- The light never stands in for anomalies: departures from each campaign’s own normal are judged on Anomalies and in your briefing.
- It never calls a campaign on target bids that spends under its budget a pacing problem.
- The month’s line is never amber when at least half the month’s spend bids to targets.
- It lists only the accounts you choose to monitor, and your plan counts only those.
Questions about the Accounts page
What does each light mean?
Attention: spend fell below half of the period before, or the account is spending more than 30% above its daily budgets’ pace. Drifting: more than 10% above pace, or the budget-led campaigns under 70% of theirs. Healthy: neither. No spend: nothing spent in the window. Inactive: connected, but Google does not serve the account.
Why is the bar amber at 85%?
Under-pace is judged on the budget-led campaigns alone, so the bar can read 85% overall while they run at 62%; the note under it then gives their own pace.
Which accounts are on the page?
Every account you monitor, and the ones a team gave you while you watch them. Accounts Google no longer serves are folded away at the foot, marked connected, not serving.
