For agencies

Give each account manager their accounts, and keep one record of who changed what.

Adintel reads every client account your team monitors each morning. Each teammate signs in with their own email, works through your one Google connection as an editor or a viewer on each account, and has a briefing for the accounts they watch. Every change lands on the Timeline under the name of who made it.

1The team

A role on each account, and no Google login to share.

Invite as many teammates as you like on every plan. Each works through your connection on the accounts you give them, an editor on one and a viewer on another, and a viewer changes nothing. Only you connect Google, choose what the team monitors and manage the plan, and removing someone ends their access at once.

2The record

Every change by anyone, under the name of who made it.

The Timeline sets out each day’s changes by source, your team, Adintel, other people, Google’s auto-apply and Google itself, under that day’s spend and conversions, 13 months back. A change made from Adintel is logged with the time, what it touched, before and after, why, and who made it.

3The client

A monthly report in your agency’s name, with whether each change worked.

On the 1st, last month’s report is drafted for each account from its own figures, with your business name and logo and never Adintel’s. Each change in it is judged against the campaigns you left alone. Make it final, then send it as a link that expires and can be turned off.

Questions

What to ask before your team connects.

Can a teammate change a client’s account without anyone knowing?

Every change made from Adintel is logged under the person who made it, and what anyone changes in Google Ads shows on the Timeline too. Give someone viewer on the accounts they should only read: a viewer changes nothing.

Do I pay for each person?

No. Every plan includes as many teammates as you like. You pay for the accounts your team monitors, never for people and never on ad spend.

Do teammates need our Google login?

No. Only you connect Google. Teammates sign in with their own email and work through your connection, and removing one ends their access at once, with what they did kept under their name.

Does my client see Adintel’s name?

No. The client report, and the page a shared link opens, name Adintel nowhere. The link’s address is on adintel.io, and the browser tab shows Adintel’s icon.

Will the report pad itself out?

Every figure comes from the account’s own data by rule, and no saving is ever estimated. Hide a section a client does not need before you make it final; a section is hidden whole, never a line.
