When Adintel reads your accounts
When each account is read from Google and analysed, when the briefing arrives, and why the newest days can still change.
Reviewed 22 October 2026
When is my data read from Google?
Every monitored account is read early each morning, at about 07:00 UTC, and again later in the day, which picks up late changes to the days already read. Each read covers the last 30 days up to yesterday, so a conversion Google credits a few days after the click still lands on its day; today's partial figures are not read. Once a week the read reaches back 90 days. Days are the account's own, in its time zone, as Google Ads shows them. There is no button to read sooner; the next read picks up whatever changed.
When does the analysis run?
After the morning read, from about 08:00 UTC. Anomalies are found, the audit's nightly check runs, recent changes are judged, Google's recommendations are judged, and your briefing is composed. Its email follows within a few minutes. New search terms are sorted at about 08:15 UTC, and the suggestions in Actions are refreshed at about 08:30 UTC.
What is read only once a day?
Google's change history, its auto-apply settings, its recommendations and the assets it made, and Google's own impression share figures for recent date ranges. They are read with the morning read. Where a page shows them it says when, for example Read from Google at and the time.
Why can yesterday's conversions still change?
Google credits some conversions days after the click, and each read takes them in, so the newest days can still rise after you first see them. Anything Adintel judges on conversions, such as an anomaly, a verdict on a change or a tracking check, is judged only on days that closed at least 24 hours earlier in the account's time zone, and longer on an account measured to credit conversions later. An anomaly card says so where it applies: This account credits some conversions days after the click, so the newest days may still rise.
