Signing up and signing in
An emailed link instead of a password, and the four questions before you connect Google Ads.
Reviewed 22 October 2026
How do I start a free trial?
Enter your email on the sign-up page and choose Start free trial. We email you a sign-in link. Open it, and your 14-day trial starts. There is no password and no card. If the email has not arrived in a minute or two, check your spam folder.
How do I sign in after that?
Go to sign in, enter the same email and choose Send sign-in link. Every sign-in works this way, so there is never a password to remember or reset.
Why did my sign-in link stop working?
A sign-in link works once, and for an hour. Once it has been used or has expired, the page says so and offers Send yourself a new one. You can open a link on a different device or browser from the one you requested it on.
What happens the first time I sign in?
Adintel confirms your email and starts your trial, then asks four questions: Your name, Company or agency, who you manage Google Ads for, and how many Google Ads accounts you manage. They tell us who we are working with, and they change nothing about what you can use. Continue to Google Ads then takes you to connecting your Google login (connecting Google Ads).
Where do I sign out?
Your email address at the foot of the side rail (a person icon when the rail is collapsed) opens Sign out. Signing out signs you out of Adintel on every browser and device, and disconnects nothing. Your Google login, your accounts and their daily reads carry on.
Can I change the email I sign in with?
There is no setting for it yet. Email support@adintel.io from the address you sign in with, tell us the new one, and we will help.
Still need a hand? Email support@adintel.io and a person replies.
