Choosing the accounts you monitor

Only the accounts you choose are synced and analysed. What happens when you add one, take one off, or reach your plan's limit.

Which accounts does Adintel watch?

Only the ones you choose. After connecting, every account your login reaches is listed under Choose accounts to monitor, live accounts first with the biggest recent spenders at the top, each with its customer ID, currency and spend over the last 30 days. Accounts you leave unticked stay listed, are not synced, and do not count toward your plan. An account Google will not serve, because it is cancelled, not enabled or no longer reachable by the login, cannot be chosen.

What happens when I save my selection?

Choose Save selection. Each newly monitored account syncs 90 days of history, several minutes per account, and is analysed straight away. That carries on whether or not the page stays open. From then on each monitored account is read and analysed every day (when Adintel reads your accounts).

What do I see the first time?

After your first selection, Setting up your accounts follows each account through Syncing 90 days of history, then Analysing: baselines, search-term triage and suggestions, then ready. Your first audit runs on the account with the most spend, and your first briefing follows from the same analysis. You can leave the page; the accounts fill in as they finish. If an account's first sync or analysis does not finish, the next morning's run picks it up and there is nothing for you to do.

How many accounts can I monitor?

As many as your plan covers: 10 on the free trial and Starter, 20 on Pro, 30 on Agency. The list counts as you tick, and at the limit it says so and points to a larger plan. If a smaller plan leaves you over its limit, nothing stops, but you cannot add an account until you are within it.

Why can't I add an account that had a trial before?

Each Google Ads account can be used in one free trial. If an account you choose has already been in someone else's trial, Adintel says it already had a free trial when you save, and saves nothing; untick it and save again. Any paid plan can add it straight away. This happens most often with a client who comes to you from another agency.

How do I change my selection later?

Open Connect at the foot of the side rail. The same list is there, and changing it needs no new trip to Google. An account you take off stops being synced from the next read of your accounts, and its data stays readable. An account you add syncs its 90 days straight away.
